  All Training Programs are supplied in conjunction with Consultations with Jon, which can be conducted at our Auckland office, Birkenhead, North Shore, or via telephone:  +64 9 480 1422.   
     
  The optimal number of build-ups, and what you should focus on in each build-up, depends on your training experience, the time you have available for trainining and your goal (Place, PB, Finish etc). Jon will write you a ‘training blueprint’, showing the optimal number of build-ups to your goal.  This means that every training program duration and specifics are different - there is not a 'one size fits all' .

If you are contemplating Ironman or Coast to Coast you will need to make contact with us a minimum of 20-weeks prior to event day, although note that multiple buildups through the year are best (for any event or ability).
